Managing and maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure components, including servers, desktops, laptops, network devices, storages, VMs, Hyper-Vs, O365 accounts, Azure devices AWS devices and other digital assets. My role has been crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of client Servers, Systems, Networks and Cloud infrastructure. The majority of our clients hail from the United States and various European regions.* Provide expert-level support and administration for various IT infrastructure components on client network to ensure zero downtime.* Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of clients IT Infrastructure.* Manage and configure Application servers, Virtual machines (VMs), Hyper-V environments etc.* Administer and support O365 accounts, Azure devices, and AWS devices.* Utilise ticketing tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Atera, Freshservice, Ninja RMM, HalloPSA, etc., for effective ticket management and resolution.* Proficient in utilising remote monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds N able, N sight, ConnectWise Control, Atera, Ninja RMM, and more to effectively monitor and manage client systems.* Handle and maintain documentation using tools such as IT Glue, Passportal, Keeper Password Manager, LastPass, Bitwarden etc.* Implement and manage various antivirus tools, including SentinelOne, Webroot, Bitdefender, Symantec, Windows Defender etc.* Configure and maintain backup solutions such as Arcserve, Veeam, Datto, Cove etc. to ensure data protection, restoration and disaster recovery readiness.* Coordinate and conduct security training programs using tools like KnowBe4, InfoSec and others.* Manage and configure security tools, such as Reflexion, Mail Protector, Threat Locker, Black Point, to enhance email security and protect against security threats.* Collaborating with the tool vendors to address tool-related issues and get support on various features available on those tools.

Handling Lenovo/ IBM Power/ X series servers, Dell and HP Protliant servers. Service delivery management includes incident management (User tickets & tool alerts regarding servers) and Change management.
