- Manage projects, driving the project team from start through to completion- Create and maintain Master Test Plan, Test Strategy, Configuration of project specific test plan according to SW release planning and categories- Planning, Monitoring and Tracking activities related to Component Test, Integration Tests, System Tests on labcar and Vehicle Tests- Planning and monitoring of test strategies in collaboration with software project component managers, technical project managers, suppliers and customers- Familiar with Automated tools to assist in the project management process, such as resource and time recording. Good knowledge of Project Planning using MS Project- Set project goals, supervised execution and managed release cycles. Reported process and quality metrics and managed appraisals- Test coordination with the Requirement based test team, Vehicle test team in Germany and the software development team- Evaluation of Test results and preparation of test release document for the OEM- Involved in project assessment, estimation and budget tracking- Reporting on project progress and communicated relevant information to superiors, company management and OEM- Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on the project - Quality Assurance in terms of testing project- Experience in handling ASPICE standard projects- HIL Test Execution for Electronic Stability Program(ESP) and Anti Lock Brake(ABS) systems, Failed Analysis, Defect Reporting and Tracking- Development of Test Specification from Requirement specifications and test automation- Experience in test execution and test case development for portable Navigation Systems

- Development of functional test cases and test specification - Manual/Automated test execution, Bug reporting and tracking- Experience in testing of Audio Systems, HVAC Systems and Steering module
