Focus: in 1996 the Mexican government put a 2-year deadline, after which the budget of each research center should be paid by the companies / industry. Objective: help the Mexican shoes industry research centers to develop & implement for the 1st time a business plan in order to become self-sufficient in 2 years. - Implemented successfully participatory approach & peer to peer learning with the researchers & the shoes factories in Mexico. - The processes we developed & implemented, where transferred to other industrial sectors in Mexico & other countries. Focus: Software and hardware engineers.
