Working in Ericsson Pakistan as Transmission Design Engineer for Nation-wide Optical Transmission Network comprising of SDH, DWDM & Ethernet Rings using Ericsson SPO1410, SPO1460, PAU (Photonic Attachment Unit) & MLTN (Mini Link Traffic Node) in 2G, 3G based Network. Responsible for End to End Optical Design, Sync Design, Optical Link budget, Optimization, Accessing Network Dimensioning Capacity for any new 2G (TDM), 3G (Packet) traffic on Optical Transmission networks including Long Haul / Metro Network.

Having excellent experience of Installation, Integration, Commissioning, Troubleshooting and Expansion activities for 2G, Node B (3G, 4G) RBS and LTE as well as the installation, Configuration, Expansion , Up-gradation , Testing & Troubleshooting of Transmission Node. * Configuration of Space Diversity , 2+2 Xpic, Dual polarization and 1+1 links* Responsible for Ericsson 2PB, 6P/6PC and 20P Traffic Nodes configuration & Installation * Configuration of MMU 2H, 2K, 3A * Configuration of NPU 1C/2B/2C/3/3C/ 3D , LTU 155. LTU 3 * Upgrading link capacity 4Mbs to 200 Mbps * Creating SNCP ( E1 Protection ) Cross connection & Traffic routing for 2p, 6p, and 20p Traffic Node* To ensure E1 routing from BSC to BTS with coordination of transmission team according to MUX plan provided by TXN planning * Upgrading software for Ericsson 2P, 6P and 20P traffic node including software Up gradation for MMU , NPU and LTU * End to End testing to get the available E1’s for the 3G Node B and make it ready for integration * Implement /Trouble shoot Links visibility as per plan on NMS A. Make connection of Ethernet switch, VLAN and WLAN . B. Make packets data for 3G and LTEBSS/BTS Experience :* Installation commissioning and Integration of RBS 6201, 6101, 6102 and 6301.* Hand on experience on OMT for RBS.* Cascading between two RBS and also between two BTS .* Expansion of RBS and TRX (900/1800)* Rectification and troubleshooting of RBS faults * Quality Visits on site for BSS & Transmission issues* Preform ATP of all C-2 Region * Submit PAC & FAC reports to customer
