• Managing a team of engineers for supporting network on 24*7 basis. Processes, procedures & SLA `s to provide world class network • Ensure that the operated network meets the agreed assurance SLA and KPI's. • Alarm monitoring on regular Basis to rectify Discrepancies.• Co-ordination with all Vendors for new equipment’s, evaluation, testing & implementation• Analysis of daily reports and initiating corrective action.• Analysis of Daily/Weekly and Monthly Traffic reports and take necessary actions to improve Network Quality.•Plan, finalize and implement with the Customer handing over/taking over (HOTO) Process to take over the Sites from Mobilink/Warid and coordinate with Project Swap Team to perform Swap activity at Site.• Ensure the FLM Subcontractor monitoring, team dimensioning, strategically placement and implement competence level improvement plan in the region to achieve contractual SLA/KPIs including NAR, TCH, MTTR, PMSR, SQI and TSR.• Subcontractor performance has been monitored on weekly/monthly basis and takes immediate actions to improve the system. Standard Operating Procedures/Processes (SOPs) are in place for smooth and efficient operations.• Daily monitoring of fuelling activity and take immediate preventive and corrective measures to avoid fuel Pilferage.• Ensure the maintenance and performance of Hybrid Power System (GLO) having Delta and Emerson Rectifiers along with North Star Blue Batteries to minimize the Genset operation at Sites and utilize most of the time battery backup power as per contract and reduce the OPEX (fuel consumption).• Responsible for New Business Development, Key Account Management and Project Management. • Responsible for regular and effective communication with all key stakeholders to report project progress, resolve issues and mitigate risks where necessary.• Ensure the project work-streams are effectively defined, planned and aligned with delivery strategy.

Monitor Commercial Power related faultsVerifying Extra Work InvoicingSite Load Management CP Billing & Monthly Invoicing.Network Reports of Power Related Preventive Maintenance (Telco & Non-Telco) Preventive Maintenance of Newly Commissioned DGs at NRO site  Corrective Maintenance based on trouble tickets (Telco & Non-Telco) Calculating(KPI / Quality / Worst Cell / Customer complaints/Platinum Cells) / MW_TXN Help Desk Trouble-Ticketing / NOC for GSM – Front Office Diesel Refuelling at GSM cell sites Commercial Power (Issues & Billing) at GSM Cell Sites Monitoring installation of 2V solutions. Calculating Power of cell sites and further monitor of load balancing.  HO/TO of all NRO and PB sites. Invoicing of Commercial Power fault/site list and Extra work verification at month end, also get it back to back verified from customer. Heading Spare parts management System of entire region with a team.

Monitor All Corrective/Preventive Maintenance Activities/All Power Issues/Monthly invoices/Monitor Performance Stats.

Complete Designing and Execution of Electrification on Metro Project, Verification of Interim Payment Cost(IPC) of Subcontractors and back to back lock with Customer.
