1) Implement and monitor the environment, health and safety management system.2) Establish and manage the safety teams for various disciplines within project.3) Promote and encourage healthy safety attitudes and recognize those who perform safely.4) Review Emergency Response Plan and establish an emergency response team within the area who are trained to respond to all kinds of emergencies including rescue at height, confined space, spill, rescue of trapped person after a trench collapse etc.5) Organize occupational health surveillance program for various critical trades.6) Set SMART targets and objectives for continual development and performance enhancement at the project.7) Persistently develop initiatives and campaigns to promote health & safety culture.8) Preparation statistical trend analysis on accidents/incidents and causation classification.9) HAZEER (Hazard Identification of Escape, Evacuation and Rescue),development and implementation.10) Attend client, consultants, internal project management and legal authorities meetings.11) Preparing Waste Management Control Plan by taking into consideration of all the key points. 12) Carrying out monthly Environmental Inspection.
