Successfully completed the design and development of the HVACsystem for a four-story residential apartment complex,comprising 14 flats. Responsibilities included conducting detailedheat load calculations for the entire building using E20 sheet andHAP software, selecting and sizing HVAC equipment (FCU, AHUand chilled water system), and designing the ducting for supply,return, fresh, and exhaust air and pipe designing for supply andreturn of chilled water. Produced comprehensive technicaldrawings, including single-line, double-line, and sectiondrawings, using AutoCAD to ensure precise and efficient systemdesign. This project focused on energy-efficient solutions andoptimal climate control for residential spaces plus.Completed a comprehensive Revit MEP course, gaining hands-on experience in building information modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Learned to design, model, and coordinate HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layout, using Revit MEP. Developed proficiency in creating detailed system models, generating construction documentation, and performing clash detection to ensure efficient and coordinated designs. The course provided a solid foundation in using Revit for MEP design, enhancing my ability to contribute to building projects with integrated, data-rich models.
