As a Lead Site Services Engineer at AIMS, I lead a team of 4 for a pivotal contract with Borouge, Abu Dhabi specializing in supplying and monitoring the performance of specialty chemicals crucial to unit operations. A standout achievement involves resolving a severe fouling issue in the dilution steam generator reboiler at Borouge. Through rigorous analysis, we identified and rectified pH-related inefficiencies which led the hydrocarbons to stay suspended causing the fouling, significantly improving unit efficiency.My expertise spans boiler chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, emulsion breakers, polymerization inhibitors, neutralizing amines, water treatment chemicals and cooling system chemicals. I foster collaboration within my team, engaging in regular client communication for timely issue resolution and additional business opportunities.I stay updated by connecting with the experts in the space, encouraging knowledge-sharing within my team.
