With customers and representation in more than 100 countries, Pas Reform is recognised throughout the global hatchery sector as a leading, innovative supplier of single-stage incubation technologies.As sales director for Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam, my role is to devise and implement sales strategies, to increase Pas Reform’s market share and sales performance in Asia. Working in collaboration with other members of the Company’s sales and marketing team, I am responsible for sales, relationship and account management, to deliver:New business development; business retention and growth; outstanding customer service; preparing and implementing sales plans; writing proposals, tenders, quotations and presentations; signalling and responding to trends and market opportunitiesSpecialties• Leading projects and negotiations at the highest level in the poultry sector. • Specialist knowledge includes planning poultry houses and equipment installations and the management and execution of hatchery projects.
