 Responsible for The International Existence for the Company (Trade shows –Trade Missions-Conferences ) Handling all the Export budgets & plans ( Sales plan , Marketing Budget, Market Research budget ,Certificates Budget & International Markets Visit budget ) Responsible for Registering our Trade mark in all the markets we are exporting to. Find Areas of Improvements & working on it ( product, payment terms, Seasonality Map ….) Exploring potential New Markets & studying the feasibility of entering, setting the entry plan  Working with the Branding Team to build the brand position in the International Markets through the different marketing activities . Support Area Sales managers & solve any issues that might restrain a deal. Working on & following the New projects  Following& attending the Support programs & the B2B fairs

• Handling most of the communications with the Banks• Revising the different Import process• Participating in setting and implementing the section’s goals • Training the team members to be able to execute their daily tasks efficiently • Solving the major problems with the different parties such as the Banks and customs clearance Dept.• Responsible for different reports such as insurance deviation & the LCs following report & DEBTS REPORT.

.checking for the cargo readiness with the supplier • Arranging the shipment with the supplier after choosing the most appropriate method of shipping whether FCL , LCL OR AIR .co-ordinate between the supplier and the shipping lines to enure the booking is done smoothly .• Following the issuance and readiness of the shipping documents with the supplier , revising them to make sure no mistakes included and pushing them to send us the documents on time • Managing the remittance issues with the bank to ensure the organization fulfill its obligations with the suppliers • Following the LCs opening process with the banks • Sending the S/D to the customs clearance in time • Keeping records of all the transactions including recording on SAP • Sending reports to different departments to support them in performing their tasks
