• Responsible for different reports such as insurance deviation & the LCs following report & DEBTS REPORT.

• Arranging the shipment with the supplier after choosing the most appropriate method of shipping whether FCL, LCL OR AIR.co-ordinate between the supplier and the shipping lines to enure the booking is done smoothly.
• Following the issuance and readiness of the shipping documents with the supplier, revising them to make sure no mistakes included and pushing them to send us the documents on time
• Managing the remittance issues with the bank to ensure the organization fulfill its obligations with the suppliers
• Following the LCs opening process with the banks
• Sending the S/D to the customs clearance in time
