Working in between the CRMD (credit risk management division) and CCR (credit control and remedial). CRMD Duties: •Assessing corporate credit applications including reading and analyzing balance sheets.•Maintain the corporate credit policy•Manage customer credit files•Monitor the credit granting and updating process•Preparing sanction advices and facility agreement letters•Personally investigate customer credit applications•Personally visit customers to establish relations•Monitor periodic credit reviews•Manage the application of late fees.CCR Duties•Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives•Implementing the necessary security documents required by the bank.•Checking the security documents provided by the customer for authenticity and legal purposes.•Properly motivate the credit Administration staff through regular structured meetings. •Supervising 8 members of staff where I am responsible for their coaching and support as well as appraisals and performance.•Measure department performance with appropriate metrics•Provide for ongoing training of the credit staff

•Establishing over 120 new corporate business relationships P/A.•Increasing portfolio revenue by closing credit deals and deposits.•Closing deals and writing credit proposals for credit facilities.•Negotiating fees and interest rates with decision makers. •Daily management of over 200 corporate customers accounts with a turn over of up to 1M Sterling pounds. •Daily check of various reports to monitor excess payments and technical referrals. •Meeting with clients regularly advising them about their financial situation and provide them with solutions through a professional and structured business reviews•Also performing the role of deputy Area manager being responsible for a team of 6 relationship officers activities, appraisals and target achievement.

•First point of contact for our customers providing them with help and advice on their day to day banking.•Run Business service reviews looking at the various aspects of the customer’s financial situation and provided advice on Lending, savings and investments, and Mortgages.•Process lending and account opening and liaise with financial planning managers.•Provide life cover and various insurance quotes. •Run staff meetings providing coaching and support to the sales team.
