•Maintaining supplier invoices within Oracle Payables.•Preparing supplier statements and processing the payments based on the invoice due date.•Preparing aging analysis reports for suppliers.•Bank Statement Reconciliation and preparing cash positions and Cash forecasts.•Preparing Financials (Balance Sheet and Income Statements) Along with management reports on monthly & quarterly basis.•Participating in quarterly external audits.•Managing inventory accounting•Maintaining monthly asset transactions (Additions, Capitalizations (from CIP), Adjustments, Retirements, depreciation etc.) in Oracle ERP and preparing various reports like period-wise asst additions, monthly depreciation, and General Ledger Reconciliation and depreciation forecasts. •Maintaining Petty Cash transactions within Oracle Payables.

•Responsible of resources available in the institute and the proper utilization to those resources. Resources are Trainer, Classes and Computers.•Requesting courseware quotations, issuing courseware and maintaining the local store.

•Responsible of account receivables; receiving cash and cheque payments and encoding the transactions in the Hotel Accounting System.•Responsible of monitoring and recording Petty Cash disbursements.
