Based on their needs, I propose a suitable solution and system architecture and use this information to provide accurate project estimations. Furthermore, I conduct consultation sessions with clients to discuss various aspects of the project in detail and ensure that their expectations are appropriately met.In my role, I also interview candidates for job openings, evaluating their skills and abilities to determine the best fit for the role. I also take on the task of mentoring the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Finally, I am responsible for handling annual evaluation sessions, assessing the performance of team members, and providing feedback to ensure that they are growing and developing as professionals.
