Night Drilling Supervisor ,overseeing all operation activities related to exploratory ,development ,work-over wells•Protect the company interest on the rig•Jack-Up over a Production Platform•High Angle / Horizontal development wells (drilled and completed)•Complex geology, Depleted zones, severe losses, multiple pressure regimes•Offshore Middle East (knowledge of local drilling problems and level of service company support•Excellent team player and good communication skills offshore and Offshore-to-Onshore•High Safety and Environmental commitment and awareness•Supervise the day to day drilling/work over/testing/completion operations•Supervise the service contractors/sub contractors working for the company•Plan ahead to determine future requirements for drilling equipment and consumables•Liaise with the logistic base to communicate future supply / back-load.•Report progress made on a regular base with the Manager•Prepare and provide drilling rig and well data•Discuss program changes with the Manager •Prepare daily drilling report with the contribution of the appropriate service companies•Monitor daily costs and prepares daily cost estimates for expenditures on the well site•Maintain a cost conscious attitude•Prepares detailed procedures for specific operations (running casing, cementing, TCP, DST, etc)•Optimize and recommend Bits to be run in drilling program.
