Work with key countriesin developing their Market Research Strategy. Develop the regional Market Researchplan and ensure effective implementation-Communicates and Ensures Compliance to the Global Brand Book-Recommends product 3 years roadmap to Core Management through CountriesMarketing plan reviews.-Ensures Successful Implementation of Countries Marketing Plans.-Successful Development and Implementation of Area Programs that are a part of theRegional Operational Plan and Countries Marketing Plans.o Ensure Appropriate Market Research is executed in the Countries and Results areimplemented.-Thought Leaders development:-Speakers’ Programs. Working with the countries, develop and implement regionalspeakers’ programs to ensure a competitive SOV at countries level.-Regional Opinion Leader Relations. Partner with countries and the Training and Development Team inproviding requisite training for individuals and teams that have been identified.-Label Maximization. Ensure that Product Labels are compliant to countries regulatoryneeds to ensure speed to market of new products, line extensions and newindications.-PR Programs. Support and implement regional PR programs and endorse positive PRmessages or check adverse publicity.
