Project director to a multi billion AED development at dubai town under the name " Dubai creek front development". ECG was apponted by Sama Dubai as the lead consultant for design and execution to the above said project. The project consists of luxury appartments, 5 international hotels, open theatre, traditional local retail shops, souks, landscape, several kilometres of two levels parking facilities and other touristic amusements. my duties were to lead the project's supervisory team of 60 engineers and technicians , liaise and report directly to the project manager ( sanma-ECH).

Roads and land escape ) . My duties were to follow the design of the project. Invite contractors for tendering parts of the project. negotiate and assign the project to local contractors. Supervise the works,approve payment certificates and release payments to contractors.
