·Act as a Liaison with the with host country officials for several ministries (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transportation Authorities with all their Sub Sections, and offices.) to discuss projected and ongoing projects in addition to the training courses.·Works closely with the HQ grants and contract support teams to manage program-related grants and contracts. Also identifies requirements with host government counterparts, drafts all contracting documents: statements of work, performance work statements, independent government cost estimates, grant solicitations (NOFOs), and serves on technical review panels to assess contract and grant bids/proposals, tracks the procurement/acquisition of goods/services, actively manages the execution of contracts, grants, and other implementing mechanisms, and assists with project close-out. ·Advise the leadership on the necessary jurisdiction, legislative requirements and procedures of the host country Ministries and agencies.·Coordinates delivery of training programs and associated equipment for the  host country officials with complete visibility and agreement pf the relevant sections.·Responsible for working with host government to identify appropriate participants, obtaining list of candidates and do the required vetting process to make sure that those candidates are vetted in conjunction with the Department of State vetting process.· Provide interpretation and translation on diverse technical subject matters that requires knowledge of specialized vocabulary on technical, scientific, military, and legal terms.· Participate in the negotiations and the contracting process with national and international NGOs and business firm to acquire supplies and services for the host country.·Draft and submit Diplomatic notes.·Provide program and operational budget tracking and analysis (over $3,000,000) with the required justification of the annual operational expenses.

·        Managing a portfolio of 5 separate allotments with a total budget of around $12 million.·        Performing budget formulation, create and track financial plans, and managing allotment accounting and budget execution work for the accounts portfolio.·        Control funds and submits reports for Washington bureau officers. ·        Performing all budget and accountability duties required for the portfolio accounts, including periodic reporting, funding purchase orders, salaries, travel budget, construction projects, etc...·         Developing justification for budget requests and impact statement of funding shortfalls.·         Developing quarterly financial plans and mid-year reviews.·        Reprogramming resources to meet operational needs and advising management on financial implications and funding priorities in accordance with headquarters guidance.·        Recommending options and alternatives in revision of programs and funding levels in full accordance with applicable regulation. ·        Conducting research into financial issues requiring multiple fiscal years.·        Providing technical financial advice and guidance to office employees in maintaining vouchering and accounting records at their level.

·         Performing market and sector analysis to identify potential customers.·         Design a commercial banking facilities plan for the target customer and propose it to the Hub manager to review and further approvals.·         Preparing the financial analysis of the company statements (financial statement spreading and analysis), managing the credit corporate accounts and coordination with different departments to meet client’s instructions and inquiries.·         Follow up and coordinate with other departments to ensure the execution for the daily transaction for the clients (Letter of Guarantees, Letter of Credit…etc.).·         Have a daily contact with the concerned clients to facilitate any pending transactions.·         Preparing memorandums for credit corporate accounts to be reviewed by the RM Manager.·         Preparing a daily and monthly feedback reports concerning the client’s outstanding position.·         Fulfill client’s documentations needed for accounts and facilities activation.·         Manage corporate clients’ relationships in a way to achieve set targets.·         maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of corporate products and services·         Follow up clients’ complaints, and service recovery process.
