• Develop and implement the local human resource (HR), health and safety (H&S), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate communications strategy to support the achievement of the overall business vision and objectives.• Develop and implement 3-year plans focused on talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits and health and safety initiatives that underpin the country strategy and in alignment with the global HR strategy. •Manage all employee relations activities (Unions relations & Collective bargaining agreements with the relative authorities)• Adopt appropriate governance processes, policies and procedures to ensure Compliance with local and global regulatory requirements. • Oversee the quality and timeliness of HR reporting to Management.• Encourage and manage internal benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement across the function.• Actively work to increase the value of Froneri business by managing the cost of the HR function(s) and by ensuring the delivery of HR initiatives that enable our country to sell more, buy better, take costs out and support our brands with people at the heart of our business.• Build effective, value enhancing, relationship with external stakeholders in the HR, H&S and CSR communities.• Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters.• Develop and provide trainings on legal issues, processes and policies to multi-level audiences in all departments in the Country.• Oversee the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.• Maintain proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state, and governmental bodies, legislatures, and the community at large.• Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a Board member.
