Providing assistance and support to customers and regarding import and export documentation requirements, shipping schedules, and any other inquiries related to import and export orders.Communicating with freight forwarders to arrange the LCL/CFS/Bonded zone shipments and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided to them.Uploading EDI file for vessels and segregation file for LCL/CFS/Bonded zone in FASAH website.

Coordination with shipping agencies in (JEDDAH -DAMMAM – RIYADH) of delivery order requirements and refund of container deposits and damage &washing reports.

 Follow all import, export, and customs clearance operations and to pay all customs dues and taxes to the competent tax and customs authorities and upload all required documents for shipments to customs via FASAH website. Follow-up shipping agencies of requirements for issuing delivery orders. Coordination with transportation after clearing shipments from the customs to be delivered to the customer and return empty containers to the depot of the agent.

Work to unload the goods from containers and return them to be inspected from customs.
