- participate in the preparation of planning budgets and forecast activity.• Collect, provide and display the information necessary to determine the cost of each product. • Prepare cost report for the product tree (BOM) to know the low and high prices.• Pricing parts and spare parts for service centers to support decision-making.• Review the financial settlements of the activity and uploads them to their cost centers in order to pay the dues to the requesting parties.• Review work orders, extracts deviations, and discusses them with relevant departments and activities to arrive at an analysis of the causes of differences and develop the correct way to treat them.• Record the financial operations correctly according to the type of the company and its activity in order to refer to it when needed and to rely on accurate data in the extracted reports.• Record the accruals for operational expenses (energy - restaurant - .... etc.) to determine the expenses for each financial period and each cost center.• Analyze The activity expenses with the aim of distributing them and charging them to their cost centers and showing their impact on profitability and submitting a report on them to the manager.• Prepare quarterly and annual warehouse inventories and participating in inventories in order to ensure the correctness of the stock.• Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs, analyze actual production costs and prepare periodic.• Preparing monthly reports for operation orders, Maintenance and determining deviations in quantities, cost of raw materials and expenses.• Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance).• Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs).• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts.• month-end and year-end closing.• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
