• Provides account service to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals and exchanging foreign currencies. • Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions.• Assist in ordering, receiving and distributing cash.• Responsible for recording transaction and confirm customs payment either in cash or money transfer using E-Finance program.• Assist in daily opening and closing.• Responsible for ATM funding, recording transaction and documentation on daily basis.• Comply with all department and bank policies, procedure and regulation.• Other duties as assigned.
