Heading the Marketing Department with additional role in Strategic Planning & Performance* Set Business Development – Sales – Marketing annual Strategies & Objectives* Digital Marketing & Media Buying Strategy & Execution plan* Monitor Performance of Business Units* Align with Homvisor C Level Members and take approval on the strategies and objectives* Monitor and ensure that the Directors and their teams are on the same line of the strategies set* Monthly – Quarter & Half year Performance dashboard to be presented to Homvisor C Level Members & the Board Members* Preparing the annual business, marketing, and operational plane in cooperation with the assigned key account senior management, where preferred LOBs mix is clearly communicated and account plan is mutually set & cooperate with Head Key accounts management market management, and finance department in setting the annual business plans and budgets, to the assigned Key accounts based on proper product profitability evaluation* Assume Profit center responsibility for his/her accounts and contribute to the decision on what business to accept and what business to decline* Assess opportunities in existing Key Accounts Relationship for cross-and up-selling opportunities & evaluate the Key Account’s banking needs on regular basis to develop a close understanding of the Key Account’s portfolio composition and business strategy and purpose appropriate solutions
