Project – Gas Metering Station (Emerson process management) upgrade in East Gas Elsheikh Zuweid Gas Compression Station.• Work Responsibilities and Achievements:- Managing Electrical, Civil, and Communication engineering team- Supervising studying the project’s (Drawings - Spec’s - BOQ)- Supervising the implementation of all safety policies & procedures and work pack- Supervising and approving the preparation of coordination drawings.- Supervising and approving the preparation of shop drawings.- Distribution of manpower on-site - Coordination with other departments and contractors.- Approving the preparation of material submittals and material take-off- Overseeing execution work according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instruction of authorized authorities.

Project – El Shark Fuel Station Construction.Project – Powerhouse Upgrade project in GUPCO Egypt Ras Shukier site.Project – El Sharque Gasoline (140000 Liter) & Diesel (140000 Liter) Fuel Station in New Capital Mega Project – Egypt.• Electrical Work Responsibilities and Achievements:- Studying the project’s (Drawings - Spec’s - BOQ)- Supervising the implementation of all safety policies & procedures and work pack- Preparation of coordination drawings- Preparation of shop drawing- Distribution of manpower on-site - Coordination with other departments and contractors.- Preparation of material submittals and material take-off- Supervising Execution work according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instruction of authorized authorities.Project – El Sharque Gasoline (175000 Liter) & Diesel (180000 Liter) Fuel Station in Wahat Road – Egypt.• Electrical Work Responsibilities and Achievements:- Planning and executing the emergency plans for El Sharque on-site.- Supervising the implementation of all safety policies & procedures- Monitoring, coordinating, and supervising electrical site activities and subcontractors daily and ensuring that project goals are achieved within the timeframe; required quality and budget in a safe environment comply with HSE requirements.- Studying all technical drawings, documents, and any revisions thereon- Raising technical queries for any conflict information within the project technical document- Reviewing the technical submittal of materials and ensuring its compliance with project specifications- Supervising the preparation of fully detailed shop drawings required to execute the project.- Monitoring of subcontractor’s performance- Executing work according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instruction of authorized authorities.
