• Guiding employees in achieving the goals of the organization.• Communicating with clients to assure that they are receiving good services and investigate and study about any customer’s complaint.• Review financial statements and sales reports to measure achievements.• Take decisions about pricing, and credit terms based on customer’s demands and market situation.• In addition was the main responsible for the communicating with suppliers and exporters to place and track imported order by the company.

• Communicate and negotiate with Exporting companies and suppliers abroad and place orders.• Communicate with shipping lines Agents and companies and also with our company’s agents in the customs to transfer and clear goods and orders.• Attending international trade fairs to collect more data about the international market and new products.• Receiving reports from sales & marketing department about current and future market demands for goods and products.• Preparing orders financial sheets and send to financial and accounting department to prepare and transfer funds to exporter’s accounts and also about other payments to service companies as shipping line agents.
