Responsible for the hotel reservation team, both domestically and internationally.Responsible for the ticket reservation team for all international airlines.Follow up with the team and solve operational problems.Renew hotel contracts, search for hotels with special offers, and negotiate contracts.Coordinate transportation movements with the company’s transportation team

Making the flight crew reservations (Captains, Cabin Crew & Flight Engineers) in all destinations.Arranging hotels & tickets reservations according to the commercial schedule & the scheduling department flight allocations.Arranging & coordinating the crew transportation in all the airline destinations & sending them to the transportation office.Issuing tickets using AMADEUS system for the crew according to their required positioning destinations.Responsibility for accommodating the whole crew in hotels through direct contact, emailing & phone calls with the hotels.Booking & coordinating hotels, tickets & transportation for the technicians according to the operational needs.Controlling the hotel accommodation for SIMULATOR purposes.Arranging & coordinating top management missions in Egypt & outside.Checking & revising the hotel & transportation invoices.Signing direct contracts with the hotels in low & high seasons to ensure the accommodation availability for the whole crew.

Booking and reserving tickets using the Amadeus selling platform, with sufficient awareness of Nile Air destinations and experience in dealing with different categories of passengers.Assembling and issuing required documentation such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.Preparing customer invoices and accepting payments.
