-Executing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. -Worked on the technical sales and after sales of different pharmaceutical machines and water treatment plants.-Acted as the link between our customers here in Egypt, and our suppliers in Germany and Italy.- Machines that we work on include but are not limited to: Tablet compression machines, Pastes and creams mixers, Water pre-treatment and treatment plants to produce highly purified water, and blistering and cartooning machines to pack the tablets and capsules.- In depth knowledge and experience in making and interpreting P&IDs (Piping and instrumentation diagram).
