Authored four books on Human Resource Management aspects of Indian Army personnel.. Chief Editor of Monthly Newsletter concerning HR policies, pay regulations, postings & transfers, deputation on UNPKO (United Nations Peace Keeping Operations), legal issues & welfare schemes of personnel belonging to Regiment of Artillery (biggest Indian Army establishment).. While posted as Defence Pension Officer at PCDA ( Pension ) Allahabad, efficiently managed Payment of Service Pension of over 40 Lakhs Defence Pensioners and over One Lac pension of Nepal Domiciled Pensioners, their documentation, disbursement of pension and other welfare grants..
