Sales & Marketing • Work closely with Sales/BD teams to provide inputs for sales planning, forecasting and resource allocation for the specified account. • Sales closure with the support of pre sales team.• Lead qualification.• Achievement of quarterly sales targets. • Help in executing sales strategies. Market Intelligence • Identify and map accounts from the organization point of view, unearth their latent needs and get business • Gather, maintain and develop knowledge on current service line capabilities, products and offerings, as well as, supporting business models and pricing • Consolidate SWOT analyses and competitor information and feedback to sales and business development teams • Maintain a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in meeting pre-sales requirements • Talent scouting as per as organizational need. • Collate and respond to all incoming customer inquiries • Ensure effective co-ordination and 100% adherence to timelines for submission of RFPs/agreements Show less
