Solution Consultant
Current- Implementation and Delivery of 30+ SaaS projects with an average customer satisfaction score of 85-90%- Contributing on a numerous ad-hoc tasks for on-going, live projects to ensure long - term customer success and build lasting relationship.- Handling 8-10 mid to large size concurrent projects from NA, EMEA and APAC regions with different time zones expanding from Australian Eastern Standard Time(AEST) to Pacific Time(PT) zones.- Working on 8-10 different applications related to three different domains - Corporate Security (CorpSec), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and InfoSec- Establishing a shared vision of project success during initiation and kick-off of the Project - Providing a walk-through of the out of the box solution and actively gathering customer's functional and technical requirements Designing solutions for simple to complex use cases with meticulous documentation- Leading and collaborating configurations with Supporting Consultants to build a robust and scalable solution to fit customer needs- Building data visualizations and meaningful reports for the executives on Resolver platform including embedded BI tools and Data warehouse functionalities.- Co-ordinating with Technical Services team for delivering Integrations with third party software.- Conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions on the configured and customized solution.- Supporting the customer team during User Acceptance Testing and resolving any outstanding issues.- Deploying solution to production environment and providing Hypercare support to customers after go-live.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support and QA at various stages during implementations.- Managing a few mid-sized projects and maintaining their resource allocations, scope, schedule, budget and risks.
