Tiny is an online platform for modern day Olympiads. An online game where k-12 students battle with each other using their knowledge. The battle contents are based on official l-12 curriculum. We have launched the Beta version Jan 2023 and already have over 10,000 battles, 1000+ registered users as of April 2023

As Chairman it is my responsibility to scale our school model to more schools. We are a social enterprise with the goal of eradicating poverty through excellent education.We are partnering with Rio Tinto on helping countryside students get the same opportunities as rich private schools. Digitally teaching 300 students and privately coaching 12 of the brightest.We have launched a program called 21Muruudul which is loosely translated as 21 Dreams. Our goal is to get 2 students from each province of Mongolia. Since 2020 we have successfully recruited over 50 such students all on 90%+ financial aid.Training the trainers. As a chairman it has been my goal to multiply talented teachers. It is with this vision I stepped down as CEO. The biggest bottleneck to equity in education is availability of talented teachers. In this venture we launched the first nationwide TEACHER ACCREDIDATION PROGRAM. A comprehensive program to teach public school teachers:- high level coachin skills- ivy league college prep consulting skills- general classroom management- modern day childhood learning mind maps

We are proud to say Tomujin Alternative School is the most selective and most accesible school in Mongolia. Our admissions rate is 13% with students on full ride financial aid averaging around 68%. Since opening we have offered 65-75% of our student body financial aid. Totalling over $2 million dollars given to driven, passionate and kind students who are financially unable.In just three years our high school has successfully sent our students to top universities in the world like NYU, Swarthmore, and Duke. Our students have received a total of $12,000,000+ in scholarships from these universities. We are proud to have helped Mongolian minds the investment and opportunities it needs.Tomujin Alternative School is the first alternative high school in Mongolia. Our school operates 100% with a Project Based Learning model. Our students are not seperated into classes instead project teams. Subjects are not taught in isolation, always integrated with each other. Our goal is to prepare our students to straight away enter the walks of life. Either working, starting companies or attending the best of the best universities.In theee years we have graduated over 150 students. We are currently operating at our maximum capacity of 250 students.

Since stepping down as CEO I am proud to have coached many talented people to lead Tomujin Academy to even greater success.I am now more focused on bringing our services to even broader audiences, even more accessible. Fundraising and opening new branches abroad.

The passion project that made me return to my home country: to flood the best universities in the world with Mongolian students.College prep is a closed exclusive rich people market. I was lucky to get it while being poor. I was even luckier to go to Williams on a full ride! Starting Tomujin Academy was a no brainer: I wanted to help driven, passionate, kind students who were financially underprivileged get the same guidance, same access to college prep. I knew if we can do so then they will get in! I mean, if someone like me can I was sure there are thousands better than me.Long story short:- we became the first social venture to offer college prep- we offered holistic programs with a promise of having 60% students on a full ride scholarship- we managed to do so on our ROBIN HOOD MODEL. 40% students paid a premium so the other 60% dont have to and plus we were NGO so no shareholders to report losses to- we have 1080+ alumni since 2015- started the first GAP year program in Mongolia with the help of Walter Jenkins and Badruun Gardi- first public school student to get accepted to Harvard- our students received $46 million in scholarships from U.S institutions like Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Williams, Dartmouth etc.,
