RECRUITMENT -All recruitment activities of employees i.e. preparation of ads, screening of applications, scheduling candidates for interview, preparation of offer/ package details, issuance of appointment letters, induction and orientation of new hires, job placements etc.-Conduct the on boarding program for new joiners. Perform Full Life Cycle IT Recruiting: source, interview, qualify, negotiate and close candidates for requisitions nationwide. Establish long lasting relationships with technical candidates. Successful in identifying and closing niche IT candidates for several client companies. Gather information regarding client environment/platform, culture, etc., to ensure proper candidate suitability.Conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: internal database searches, online searches, internet postings, referrals, user/technical groups. Determine candidate suitability by evaluating requirement, negotiating compensation package, assess relevant experience, education, skills and personal qualifications to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits, required H1 processing, etc. Obtain candidate approval and present qualified candidates to clients. Coordinate and assist in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing. Negotiates compensation with consultants in order to maximize profitability. Working with C2C and W2 candidates. Serving client like Financial Services, Tours & Travels, Oil & Gas, Pharma, etc.Responsibilities Include :- Sourcing candidates through various internet job-boards.- Sourcing candidates through searching company’s extensive database of candidates using \ remote-desktop connection technology.- Posting adverts of the vacancies .- Advising job applicants of the success or failure of their application.- Arranging technical interview of candidates with end client.- Preparing monthly/weekly vacancy listings and reports.- Solving queries of the candidates.- Direct contact with senior staff of the company by telephone and email.- Lead co-workers & provide training to junior recruiters.
