: Optimize workforce resources and minimize employee issues through administration of a structured HR program covering all HR areas, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, compliance, policy, procedure, and handbook development, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and document retention.• Develop, coordinate, and implement global HR programs for both Choice USA and Novogen NA. o Programs include recruiting and hiring, employee relations, talent management, employee communications, and management training.• Coach and train management on performance management best practices for hiring, interviewing, coaching and training, development, discipline, HR recordkeeping, and employee relations.• Manage Payroll, Compensation and Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/FSA) functions.o Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for Choice Genetics and Novogen NA.o Meet with employees and manage open enrollments, disability claims, Workers Comp, Cobra, Unemployment Claims, FMLA, and 401k.• Conduct exit interviews to identify/resolve issues impacting employee performance and retention. • Conduct and gather data at exit interviews to understand employee issues and reasons for leaving.• Plan/coordinate company-wide meetings and teambuilding events to support positive workplace culture.ACHIEVEMENTS Took on HR Manager role after a major organizational leadership change. Reduced employee turnover from 41 in 2017 to a projected 12 in 2021.  Improved employee engagement/productivity by building a global HR department from the ground up by creating HR tools, including a first-ever employee handbook, mission, vision, values statements, and a performance management process. Created a transparent communication process to ensure a consistent two-way flow of information. Developed an Employee Satisfaction Survey to capture, evaluate, and act on areas of improvement. Developed and implemented COVID protocols and managed mitigation programs.
