Medical Teams International is a faith-based humanitarian organization providing life-saving healthcare in areas of the world where it is needed the most including Africa, Europe, North and South America.Responsibilities include global IT development, operations, strategy and partnership with country offices to enable IT services, devices and support.

Responsible for design, development and support of business critical applications supporting fundraising, donor management, inventory management, gift-in-kind (GIK), digital health, communication/collaboration and reporting/analytics.

Educational Media Foundation (aka K-LOVE and Air1 Radio Networks) is a Christian media organization with over 10 million weekly FM radio listeners and over 500,000 active donors. As Director of Business Operations (BizOps), I led a team of project managers, business analysts and a researcher to implement media and technology projects.Highlights include creating a successful business case and operating model to consolidate three siloed IT teams into a single technology group; launching a multi-year Salesforce CRM project processing $200 million in annual revenue; collaborating with media product owners to expand beyond FM radio into streaming and publishing; and rolling out Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across departments to align strategic planning with execution and operations.

Highlights include advising a social media company on improving internet connectivity in underserved countries in Africa, helping to launch a $7M predictive analytics initiative to improve quality at a networking equipment manufacturer, and leading a team of 70 in India and the U.S. as part of a Supply Chain data and reporting effort.Clients: Facebook, Educational Media Foundation, Cisco Systems
