Ashley's 18 years of town planning experience includes:• statutory planning and policy advice• assessment and formulation of complex and sensitive development proposals across all levels of Government• master planning and urban design• community and stakeholder engagement• social impact assessments and strategic planning• superseded planning scheme requests, compensation, and compliance matters • appeals, mediation, and expert witness services to the Qld Planning & Environment Court.Knowledge relates to land and built-form (low to high rise) projects, across a range of sectors, such as: • residential long-term, short-term, student, affordable, specialist disability accommodation, and retirement living• community facilities, education, and health• retail and commercial • mixed-use, character and heritage • industry, mining, infrastructure & renewables energy. Ashley collaborates with a broad range of specialist consultants, is an active member of several industry bodies, and is on the UDIA Qld Planning & Environment Committee.
