Three Arch is a job within many jobs. The variety of roles needed to ensure success and profitability is almost too hard to describe. A summary of tasks includes, but is not limited to, the following: Evaluating pre-property acquisitions, bidding on and acquiring properties, reviewing and executing construction rehab proposals, managing timelines and property readiness deadlines, resolving conflicts and handling negotiations with holdover tenants, working with attorneys handling unlawful detainer cases, and ultimately, helping to price properties to sell quickly and seamlessly properly.The most valuable aspect of the entire process isn't necessarily each role, but the behind-the-scenes attention to detail is essential to our company's profitability and success. This is where personality, ethics, determination, ambition, creativity, and accountability separate the top one percent from the rest of the pack.
