Producing video and graphic content on women, peace, and security four times a month.2. Organizing and executing the "Kenduri Damai" agenda involving 500 indigenous people and village leaders.3. I was employed by Flower Aceh under the UNICEF partnership program to develop and implement the GEUNASEH Sabang campaign strategy.Tasks and Achievements:- Disseminating information to 35,000 residents of Sabang City regarding the changes in beneficiaries of the Geunaseh Sabang program, which previously targeted every child but now includes all pregnant women, children aged 0-23 months, and children aged 24-59 months who are stunted and/or wasting.- Preparing routine digital campaigns for one month.- Conducting one launching event attended by 1,000 residents of Sabang City.- Regularly coordinating with UNICEF, the Sabang City Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), the Sabang City Health Office, and the GEUNASEH Sabang team.

Working with UNICEF anda DP3A Aceh to Promoting Positive Parenting through Inter-Personal Communication Approach for cadres and community members to prevent child protection issues.The institution will be responsible for conducting a number of activities engaging cadres, community members and parents/caregivers to increase their skill and knowledge on positive parenting.Tasks and Achievements:1. Conducted 30 training on interpersonal communication with specific issues on child protection and positive parenting in order to capacitate carders and community members, reaching a total of 2.500 participants in 8 district in Aceh.2. Build the capacity and skills of parents/caregivers to establish a protective and supportive environment at home to prevent various forms of violence against children, total 50 facilitators.3. Develop collaboration and referral procedures with child protection and welfare institutions and other service providers (PUSPAGA, UPTD PPA, schools, hospitals/clinics) and existing community-based mechanism like Posyandu.4. Develop community-based mechanism to identify vulnerable/high-risk families and children including through home visits and refer them to the relevant services.

Individual consultant for technical assistance to increase awareness of child protection issues and enchance child and adolescent engagement in Aceh- Conduct child-focused consultations and support the production of child-friendly materials on identified child protection issues, reaching a total of 100 offline participants from 7 district and 878 members of U-Report Indonesia.- Build the capacity of children and adolescents to help them identify and respond to child protection issues, including peer-violence, mental health and harmful practices such as child marriage.- Conduct 1 modul Helping Adolescent Thrive, adaptation of existing programmes such as Adolescent Kits and ROOTS (bullying prevention programme), 1 research report and 2 program reports presented at the United Nations Global.- Develop child-led action plans to prevent and respond to child protection issues, 3 activities.

Father Support Group for Immunization in Banda Aceh (UNICEF Indonesia Programe)Tasks and Achievements:1. Conduct capacity building for fathers in 8 villages in the city of Banda Aceh to increase immunization coverage rates and eliminate vaccine hesitancy.2. 150 fathers received regular education, and 90% of them took their children to the integrated health post (posyandu) for immunization.

Program Manager Aceh Youth Action (AYA) psychosocial support program and child protection for the covid-19 response (Collaborate UNICEF Indonesia)Tasks and Achievements:1. Training 150 active facilitators from 1 district and 2 cities.2. Targeting 5,000 beneficiaries in capacity building related to COVID-19 prevention and mental health support.3. Establishing partnerships with 3 referral services.Collaborating with over 30 high school and senior high school student councils (OSIS).4. Producing 1 module “TANGGAP” and 1 illustrated comic “ANDRA & NEK NUR” (COVID-19 prevention education).5. Conducting over 200 webinars, talkshow, digital campaigns, and regular meetings.6.
