• Overseeing a small office-based team to ensure the allocations function of the organisation ran smoothly whilst minimising costs. This also included successfully recruiting and building confidence of all new Allocations staff for over 10 years. • Forging strong relationships with external stake holders, including other Certification Bodies & clients.• Ensuring that Allocations staff were trained appropriately to be the first, trusted point of contact for approximately 60 inspectors based across the UK and internationally.• Integral member of the internal development and launch of two new IT systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Ecert).• Ensuring and improving upon day to day allocation efficiencies of the second largest company budget.• Building upon and maintaining excellent relations with the Inspectorate (both employed and contracted) in order to meet regulatory requirements for various types of inspection

• Working alongside the Allocations team, working primarily on additional schemes and UK based farming inspections to ensure that inspectors with the correct skill scopes were assigned.• Dealing with new clients, working with them to understand the requirements before they applied for a licence and taking personal responsibility for their journey until their initial inspection had been undertaken.• Developing a high level of attention to detail to make sure that misallocations did not occur and inspectors were allocated an appropriate amount of work to tailor to their individual requirements.

• Entering confidential and sensitive data from clients on to the company database.• Handling incoming client calls regarding invoicing.• Assisting transferring a paper-based documentation system into an electronic one.

• Along with a small group of other staff, ensuring the community centre was fit for purpose for a range of groups varying from disabled groups, a pre-school, councillor meetings, various youth groups, and private events such as birthday and wedding parties

• Processing large amounts of individuals´ data to ensure accurate records were in place to facilitate Lincolnshire´s largest sporting event, the Lincoln 10K run.• Responsible for my own time management, I processed thousands of applications with no errors or complaints reported.
