His research work relates to free radical biology and oxidative stress on radiation exposures. His cancer related research covers an additional arm in radiotherapy of cancer radiosensitising drugs and HYPERTHERMIA.AS A LAWYER he is practicing in Bombay High Court since February, 1998. He has played an important role in formulation of national policy/Laws relating to intellectual property rights (Patent Act 2005 AND Biological Diversity Act 2002) and has been actively involved in formulating India's nuclear legislation i.e. Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act 2010 and Indo-US 123 Agreement. Research Thesis in Law (Mumbai University) on "Laws Relating to Intellectual Property Rights vis-a-vis Biomedical Technologies in India" He is also a Scientific Advisor and a Patent Attorney appointed under The Patent Act 2005.He is reciepient of (i)
