Life has hit me hard sometimes, and through it all one thing has never changed; my love for helping others. From a young age I have always looked for opportunities to help those that may need a little more help than myself, and I have managed to incorporate this passion by obtaining occupations that align with my values. Working in Advising at my alma mater is by far one of the most rewarding positions I have held. I feel a deep sense of pride walking into work each and every day knowing that I get to help a fellow Boilermaker plan out their educational goals. I feel valued and value the work that we do in Advising within the Polytechnic and will continue to develop my skills to better assist my students.Technology is forever evolving and for this reason I possess a learning orientation with respect to changing technology that impacts the communication and media processes.I truly enjoy meeting new people, so please do not hesitate to say hello!Boiler up! 🚂
