-Work in POD expansion project to rebuild and optimise production process (With a goal to enter a new phase of DTG POD development, upscale and advance the production to suit wider customer range, extended machine fleet, wider range of branding possibilities, become competitive in e-commerce marketplaces). My responsibilities in the process were: *Upgrading workflow & layout for multiple machine nests, development of software based color coded product routing, order completion process support for multiple packing stations with joint product bins) *Planning resources, semi-finished products, and product routes. *Workstation design for optimal usage *Assessing investment needs for optimal process (production equipment). *Measuring efficiencies to avoid chokes *Defining the number of staff members, and roles for optimal process. *File transfer optimization from file library to DTG machines. *Creating process diagrams and clear visual aids for communication inside of a project. Creating "cheat-sheet" label instructions for workstations.-Comparative analysis of Value Added Services processes (clothing confection & branding) between inhouse production site and partner company to verify legitimacy of possible investments in automation. -Creating procedures and instructions (administrative & production) with a goal to maintain well organised production flow.-Technological support of production departments (DTG, Embroidery, Screen printing, confection) within company, and in partner companies within the group.-DTG Garment evaluation for automated production. Finding solutions for new product types in POD process.-Listing all production processes in the company (machines, resources, time of one cycle, product per unit time) needed for ERP system introduction.-Looking for improvement chances and work automation solutions in the market.

-Creation of POD customer onboarding process (actors, process diagrams, RASCI matrix).-Active part in the project of information flow optimisation (production document forms design & content format, document routes, order data collection features in dedicated system).- Joint work with inhouse software developer to introduce changes to order management system for better production care.- Technological support (DTG) during integration with e-commerce partner company (Revision of available print positions, sizes, other specifics for requested product types in producton on demand process. Collection of garment size data, creation of standards for print placement.)-Technological support (DTG, Embroidery, Screen printing) for internal sales office, support in product development based on customer requests.-Reporting SAP data regarding POD production (statuses, inventory, dates etc.) to partner companies.-Supervision of production order documentation for bulk orders.

-Managing DTG production division (12 people team - 3 production shifts + 2d graphic + foreman) .-Development and management (production process aspects) of production on demand process, in B2B and B2C (Dropshipping - fulfiller) formulas for e-commerce. -Development (joint project with software development team) of POD software workflow tool, to accomodate production process changes.
