I am a recent graduate of Illinois State University, specifically taking coursework within the arena of public affairs and public policy. Upon my acceptance in December of 2022, I will begin my candidacy for my Master's of Human Relations this Fall at The University of Oklahoma.I am eager to learn, experience, and assist by utilizing positive communication and focused determination. I enjoy working as a team to accomplish a common goal. I have over six years of work experience in the retail and public service industries. In those positions, I have had the opportunity to improve my written communications, public relations, organizational abilities, and situational resolution skills, and become skilled at serving customers. In these roles, I learned to use computer programs within the Adobe Suite, advertising and marketing sites such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Apple Software (MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc.) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Operating System, Google Platforms, Canva, Social Media Platforms. With my educational background, I am proficient in written and verbal communication. I have taken many classes which have focused on politics, international relations, constitutional law, professional development, political theory, quantitative reasoning, and a multitude of public policy-focused courses.
