Responsibilities Include:◐ Addressing the talent acquisition requirements of clients from mid to senior level.◐ Assisting Partner/ Assignment Manager in mid to senior level assignments through industry research, headhunting, and mapping by various primary and secondary sources.◐ Sources include LinkedIn search, internal database, referrals, job portals etc.◐ Understanding the client requirement through meeting & conference calls for the positions to headhunt candidates strategically and providing the best resource as per their requirement which helps to establish satisfying business relationship.◐ Writing brief summary of shortlisted candidates for client report and managing entire data of ongoing assignments: Research template/Mapping sheets, Progress reports, CCRs (Candidate Confidential Reports), Interview schedule etc.◐ Scheduling Partner’s meetings and calls with candidates and clients.

◐ Supporting consultants in secondary research and preparing CCRs (Candidate confidential Reports).◐ Preparing progress reports of assignments from research/mapping sheet maintained by the Researchers/Team Leaders.◐ Helping teams for any required data (Closed assignments detail, any candidate details etc.) from the internal database (File Finder).◐ Tracking executive movements for all the industries and updating all the teams by sending daily e-news updates .◐ Daily MIS reports and Adding/updating records in File Finder◐ Supported the teams across offices (Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore) for internal hiring
