CurrentOptimization of Fermentation Processes:Design and execute experiments to determine optimal conditions for protein production at shaker flask scale and 1 L fermenters, focusing on improving yield and productivity.Clone Selection and Experimental Design:Conduct clone selection to identify high-producing strains and design DoE-based experiments using R for efficient optimization of fermentation parameters.Data Analysis and Process Optimization:Analyze experimental data to develop predictive models for fermentation processes, enabling continuous optimization of protein production.Scale-Up and Process Transfer:Adapt and transfer optimized processes from shaker flasks to 1 L fermenters, ensuring smooth scale-up and process consistency.Routine production: Operating and managing fermentation processes in 1L, 10L, and 50L fermenters.
