With over 15 years of experience in the fintech and banking industry, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for digital payments, retail banking, account management, and business development. I have a proven track record of driving channel sales, managing corporate and customer relationships, launching new products, and acquiring new customers across diverse markets and segments.As the former Lead of Digital Payments at Axis Bank, one of India's largest private sector banks, I was responsible for developing and executing the digital payments strategy, expanding the acceptance of NPCI's products such as UPI and RuPay, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team of payment experts. I also have a strong product knowledge across various payment tools and platforms, as well as a deep understanding of the banking and payment regulations and trends.
