This included design, procurement, assembly and testing.Managed a $5.7 million annual budget, achieving budget, innovation, and invention goals.Fostered and developed a “whatever it takes” team environment focused on open communication, collaboration and team empowerment.Selected to transition new technology from California-based research organization to Stratasys’ newly created Research and Innovation Center (RIC).Managed logistics of research facility move involving large scale equipment; achieved fully functional lab within one month.
