Researched and developed financial data needed to facilitate sale of the practice to a national Perinatal/Neo-natal corporation. Physicians received full desired sale price as a result of efforts.

Provided primary responsibility for billing office of a multi-site, multi-specialty academic practice. Initially supervised staff of 30 employees. Planned and executed complete billing office redesign and relocation, resulting in 40% decrease in staff with an increase in collection percentage.

Provided administrative stability to HMO during six month leadership transition, overseeing inter-departmental communication and customer service delivery.
