I am a technology professional with experience building and maintaining software systems. I have a broad base of experience, from financial trading systems and master data management software to ecommerce web sites and Internet advertising software. I am comfortable working in companies of all sizes, but I have a special fondness for high-energy startups. I know, and regularly use, many different programming languages, including Scala, Python, Ruby, Java, C and C#. I was one of the two co-organizers of Scalathon, an international Scala hackathon. I wasa co-organizer of the annual Northeast Scala Symposium since it began, in 2011, until 2020.I own and manage ArdenTex, Inc., an independent software and systems consulting company.
