We accept second charge secured loans on either residential or buy to let properties, as well as commercial investment mortgages, commercial trading business mortgages, specialist buy to let mortgages and short term bridging finance. All referrals are processed from inception to completion by our staff based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, using tried and tested methods with no cases outsourced to other brokers. All compliance is dealt with in-house and we are not authorised by the FCA to offer investments or protection products, so no cross-selling is guaranteed.My task is to further streamline the process, using my knowledge of the IFA networks and extensive contacts, to create a system that seamlessly integrates into the changing needs of that sector of the market.I am also responsible for expanding access to the commercial and second charge secured loan markets for directly authorised companies, networks and their appointed representatives.I also have overall responsibility for the recruiting and development new staff within Specialist Financial Services Ltd.
