Manage all non-standard projects of customers (or distributors) to meet the high standards of LEOSPHERE in special applications :WindScanner :• Manage the WindScanner project (windscanner.eu) from LEOSPHERE regarding all hardware, tests and validation aspects.• Collaborate with research teams of the WindScanner project to bring to the market a viable remote sensing-based wind measurement system to provide detailed 3D wind field maps of the wind and turbulence conditions. • Redefine specifications for new developments of the LEOSPHERE scanning Lidar to benefit all customers, research or industry based. Nacelle-mounted LIDAR for Feedforward Control applications :• Define the service strategy of our turbine control LIDAR's over a 20 years lifespan in order to maximize the lifetime, reduce downtime, breakdown and overall costs for our customers. • Train customers on installation, operation and maintenance. • Commission personally the first batch of systems around the world to build upon the experience for LEOSPHERE's next design. • Specify the next generation of Nacelle mounted LIDAR needs for operation and maintenance. Distributors skill improvement : • Responsible to bring our American distributor up to LEOSPHERE's standard with regards to : o Maintenance of Scanning LIDARs o End-user training o Test and Validation o Troubleshooting
