Using an In-House, purpose made Grafana dashboard, I am ensuring pro-active support of all systems worldwide in line with client expectations and agreed upon Service Deliverables Agreements. Critically analysing provided information to determine the best course of action per client on a case by case basis, while also ensuring that I set, and act within, reasonable expectations for processes leading from proactive investigations.In addition to this, I also provide first line support for client queries through Zendesk, and answer phone-in support requests from clients, including redirecting calls to relevant case managers or support agents, and taking calls from third parties who are currently working with us, where necessary.Adhering to KPI’s to ensure I am performing in accordance with the business expectations, and also furthering this by creating and implementing technical and non-technical documentation, outside of my regular duties, for the general business and colleagues to reference where necessary.
